FEE STRUCTURE & PAYMENT POLICY 2026
Transkei Primary School is a fee-paying institution. To facilitate meticulous planning and the effective management of educational expenses, all fees are payable in advance.
💰 SETTLEMENT DISCOUNTS
- 10% Discount: Applicable if annual school fees are paid in full by 31 January 2026.
- 5% Discount: Applicable if annual school fees are paid in full between 1 February and 28 February 2026.
- Discount does not apply to levies and trips
💳 PAYMENT PROTOCOLS
- 🚫 No Cash Policy: For security reasons, the school does not accept cash payments on the premises.
- 🏦 EFT Payments: All school fees and school trip fees must be settled via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- 📝 Payment Reference: It is mandatory to use the Child’s Name and Surname as the reference for all transactions to ensure accurate allocation.
